General Treatment Advice – Very Important Information
Food – Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments.
Alcohol – Never consume alcohol before any treatment.
Medical Conditions – If you have any of the following it is essential to tell your therapist before your treatment as some electrical treatments are prohibited if you suffer from these conditions or have the following:

* Contact Lenses
* Metal Plates / Pins / Coil

All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to revision without notice.
Deposits are required for some treatments. Courses are not transferable, and are valid for 6 months only from the date of first purchase.
Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations or appointment reschedules otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged.
Pre-paid services still require a 24 hours notice, otherwise 50% of the total pre payment will be charged.
No shows – If you do not show for your appointment a 50% charge for the ticket/treatment total amount will be charged.
No show pre payment or gift certificate – If you do not show for your appointment a 50% charge for the ticket/treatment total amount will be charged or taken from the Gift Voucher treatment or total. No refund will be given.
Punctuality & Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking. All times stated include client consultation.
We are aware that many of you may be confused as to which treatment best suites your specific requirements. We are of course, pleased to offer you up to date information and advice with a complimentary consultation in the strictest of confidence.
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness Hospital grade cleaning products are used. A full cleaning schedule has been designed to ensure a sanitary environment is obtained.
Gift Vouchers can either be brought in multiples of £5.00 or for specific treatments. Treatment gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any beauty treatments or products at ReVive unless specified. There is no cash redemption.
We are pleased to accept most credit and debit cards and of course cash. We do not accept cheque.
Terms and conditions Loyalty Points and £ credits
Loyalty points and £ credits cannot be given as cash and hold no physical cash value
Loyalty points and £ credits cannot be redeemed or used against the purchase of any products. They can only be used on services.
Loyalty points can only be redeemed at the same time as having a paid for treatment. i.e to ‘top up’ your existing treatment (Minimum of £20 treatment must be booked)
eg. Pay for a Back massage £30 and use loyalty points for a Skin treatment or Reflexology session at the same time.
When points are redeemed against treatments the cheapest treatment will have points applied.
eg. Booking a facial (£50) and a 60 minute massage (£40). Then 60 minute massage will have points used on it, and payment for the Facial will be applied.
The following principles govern the use of the information provided by you to ReVive via our web site.
Personal information (“information”)
Any information submitted by you (including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address) will be used for one or more of the following purposes: (Unless you specifically opt out of this).
* Alerting you to product upgrades, special offers or updated information.
* To enable ReVive to provide services and products most relevant to you.
* Administration, marketing and profiling your requests and preferences.
Your details will however be kept on file, both paper and electronically for insurance purposes. This will is to ensure a company log of which treatments have been conducted and to whom. You cannot opt out of this.
ReVive will keep all information confidential and any information collected by ReVive is protected by security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access, as required by the Data Protection Acts 1994 and 1998. ReVive does not authorise the transfer of information to countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK.
Right to treatment
ReVive holds the right to refuse any treatment and to cancel any treatment (if any monies have been paid they will be refunded) at any time. Under certain circumstances (any that are deemed appropriate by ReVive at the time) ReVive can halt a running treatment and request the client to leave. A refund of the treatment will be given in this case.
