Chilled leg & foot exfoliation
The treatment starts with dry body brushing to the legs, followed by the application of a chilled body scrub containing a harmonious fusion of elements from nature and the sea. Bamboo powder helps to slough away rough dead cells and smooth the skin aiding the absorption of vitamin and mineral rich ingredients, whilst a full leg massage which follows will help your legs feel instantly refreshed and hydrated.

Deep tissue back massage
Moving on to the back; a deep tissue massage is performed using spiced essential oils of sandalwood, black pepper and ginger to work out knots and relieve tired muscles.

Dead sea mud & seaweed back mask
The ultimate experience of this invigorating treatment is a completely natural, hot Dead Sea mud and seaweed back mask.

This Dead Sea mud is sourced from the boarders of Jordan, Palestine and Israel. It is the most saline body of water in the world with a mineral concentration of 32% compared with other seas at 3% The mineral rich mud contains bromides, iodine, magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium which helps regulate cell activity, in turn helping to relieve muscular pains and stabilise fluid levels in the body.

A scalp massage is carried out at the end of this treatment to leave your whole body relaxed, de-stressed and invigorated.
